The LMG’s talent engagement activities are centred on its London Insurance Life (@LIL) campaign which is designed to attract entry-level talent into the market.

The LMG launched the @LIL campaign in January 2017 and has since won two industry awards: the 2018 Insider Honours Inclusion & Diversity Award and the 2018 Insurance Times Digital Media Campaign of the Year Award.
- @LIL social media – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages that bring working life in the market to life. The pages also promote entry level jobs and schemes.
- @LIL ambassador programme – young people working in the market who volunteer their time to act as relatable role models for young people interested in a career in the London Market.
- Careers events – designed to promote careers in the London Market targeting diverse talent and specific skill sets.
